Hello! Long time and I apologize. Honestly, lots has been going on... in my head. Growing up I never really knew what Green Day's hit "Basket Case" was all about, but now I think I totally do because I admit, I think that is what I am.
This past month has been crazy. Again, in my head. And obviously external things to cause some of that. In a bulleted nutshell, here is what I learned:
1. Always give the benefit of the doubt.
If you don't, your thoughts automatically become assumptions.
2. Do not drag things on longer to the point of getting burnt out.
The more you dig, the more crap that piles, the harder it is for yourself to climb out.
2.a. Rip off the band-aid when it is time. Do not keep it on unnecessarily or it will just get dirty.
In other words, another way to state number 2. When it is time to say something, say it. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to come forward. However, some circumstances need time to heal so I cannot say this goes for any and every situation. Then again, that goes for everything I ever say, ever.
3. Parents know (subjective).
Well at least my parents. In the end, they again are right and was only looking out for me out of love, not out of nag.
The passage that continues to appear: Matthew 6:33-34
Until next time, thanks for perusing.
